About Me

As a personal trainer, I enjoy being able to teach long-term strategies for living a healthier and stronger life. I am constantly reading new studies and articles, to expand my knowledge.

In the world of health and wellness, there can be an influx of information. I believe, I can serve as a great filter to help guide others on a path that best suits their personal needs. There is a huge emphasis on focusing on the fundamentals to serve as the building blocks for your new journey.

There is no such thing as a, “one size fits all” program. My training consists of well-thought out programming, based on goals set by the client, to achieve the greatest results.
